This quotation will expire thirty (30) days from the date above. Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices are FOB Miami and do not include plaster, drywall, handles, or locksets unless otherwise specified.
We have a 3-day cancellation policy from the date the order is placed. Due to the nature of our trade, no refunds will be granted after the 3-day cancellation period.
In the event that shop drawings have been requested and presented to the client, the order may still be cancelled within the 3-day period; however, Infinity Doors will retain 10% of the total order value to cover design, drafting, and engineering costs. No exceptions will be made once shop drawings have been delivered to the client.
After the 3-day period has elapsed, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued regardless of the stage of production.
Changing orders after receiving a deposit will delay manufacturing time and could result in additional charges.
Delivery is curbside only. The customer is responsible for the labor and equipment necessary to move goods to the desired location. Customers must ensure safe access to the property at time of delivery. Paths, hallways, and entry points must be clear. If delivery cannot be safely performed, a rescheduling fee may apply.
Storage fees will apply for goods remaining in our warehouse at a rate of $400 per month, starting 14 days after notification of readiness.
Customers must immediately inspect all goods upon receipt and provide written notice within 24 hours of receipt if goods are improper or damaged.
Infinity Doors warrants that, for one year from the date of installation, products will be reasonably free from material defects. This warranty applies only to products that are handled and cared for in a reasonable manner. Any items manufactured by others, including but not limited to hinges, pivots, handles, locks, and hardware, will carry the warranty of their respective manufacturers. Infinity Doors will not assume any responsibility or associated costs for contracted outside labor or project delays.
Infinity Doors products are man-made, artisanal custom products. As such, natural material variances including wood movement, grain variation, and dimensional tolerances of up to ¼" should be both expected and accepted. These variances are inherent to the nature of custom wood door manufacturing and do not constitute a defect.
When Infinity Doors products are installed by third-party contractors, Infinity Doors is not responsible for any installation-related issues, including but not limited to alignment, hardware attachment, or structural adjustments. Any damage or concerns related to the installation process should be directed to the contracted installer. Any costs associated with installation, adjustments, or corrections necessary for our doors to fit and function properly within a specific location are the sole responsibility of the client and their contractors.
Projected production lead times begin only upon receipt by Infinity Doors of both a signed quotation and signed shop drawings approved by the client. All projected timelines and completion deadlines are approximations and may be subject to change due to material availability, supplier delays, or circumstances beyond our control. Infinity Doors will not be responsible for any costs or damages associated with production delays.
