Limited Warranty

Effective date: January 5, 2021

Company: Infinity Doors LLC (“Infinity”, “we”, “us”)

Applies to: Purchases made through our online store and direct invoices referencing this warranty.


1) Who is covered

  • This Limited Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
  • Coverage applies only to products properly installed in interior, climate-controlled spaces within the United States.

1A) Order documentation & shop drawings

  • Signed shop drawings confirm that all dimensions, handings, hardware, finishes, and related details have been verified.
  • Approved shop drawings supersede all prior drawings, emails, texts, and verbal communications.
  • In case of discrepancies, the approved shop drawings govern.

2) What we cover & for how long

Unless otherwise noted on your invoice, coverage periods begin from the date of delivery:

A. Door Slabs (solid core, flush/frameless)

  • 1 year against defects in materials/workmanship (e.g., core delamination, veneer adhesion failure).
  • Warp tolerances:
    • Up to 84" (7’0”): up to 1/8" warp allowed.
    • 85"–96" (8’0”): up to 1/4" warp allowed.
    • 97"–120" (10’0”): up to 3/8" warp allowed.
  • Assumes installation on true plumb frames, correct hinge count, and conditions of 35–55% RH and 60–78°F.

B. Frames & Aluminum Extrusions

  • 1 year against structural manufacturing defects (welds, extrusion flaws, coating adhesion failure not caused by chemicals/abrasion).

C. Hardware

  • 2 years against manufacturing defects OR longer OEM warranty (if applicable).
  • Normal wear on moving parts and consumables (rollers, seals, cartridges) is excluded unless defective.

D. Finishes & Surfaces

  • Painted, lacquered, powder-coated: 1 year against peeling, cracking, blistering.
  • Textured melamine / laminates: 1 year against delamination.
  • Natural veneer: 1 year against delamination (natural variation is not a defect).

E. Glazing (glass)

  • 1 year against visible manufacturing defects present at delivery.
  • Breakage after delivery is not covered unless due to manufacturing defect.

F. Fire-Rated Assemblies

  • Coverage applies only if installed exactly as listed and instructed.
  • Field modifications beyond approval void coverage.

3) What’s not covered

  • Improper installation, out-of-square frames, inadequate anchoring.
  • Exposure to moisture, unconditioned spaces, or failure to maintain RH/temperature.
  • Failure to acclimate products before installation.
  • Unauthorized field modifications (cutting, trimming beyond limits, hardware prep).
  • Third-party hardware or incompatibility from non-Infinity prep.
  • Normal wear and tear (scratches, chips, finish changes, hinge/latch adjustment).
  • Natural veneer color variation or finish batch differences.
  • UV/sunlight, harsh chemicals, solvents, abrasive cleaners.
  • Coastal/corrosive environments (unless marine-grade finishes specified).
  • Damage from misuse, abuse, building movement, impact, vandalism, or Acts of God.
  • Commercial/high-traffic use unless specified (defaults to 1 year).

4) Delivery inspection & freight damage

  • Inspect shipments upon delivery and note visible damage on the Bill of Lading.
  • Concealed damage must be reported within 48 hours with photos; keep packaging.
  • Failure to notify on time may limit claims.

5) How to file a warranty claim

Send email to sales@infinitydoor.net with:

  • Order/invoice number & delivery date
  • Product details (location/ID, size, finish)
  • Photos/videos of the issue and installation
  • Site condition info (temperature/RH) and installation confirmation

If covered, Infinity may (at its option):

  • Repair the product/component,
  • Provide a replacement of like kind/quality, or
  • Refund the original purchase price (excluding taxes, freight, installation).

Notes: No labor, removal/reinstallation, finishing, painting, or incidental costs are covered. Standard ground freight covered for replacements within contiguous U.S. (expedited shipping = customer cost).


6) Installation notes

  • Use licensed/qualified installers.
  • Follow Infinity and hardware OEM installation manuals.
  • Use correct hinge count/locations, especially on oversized doors.
  • Do not trim beyond published limits.
  • Ensure frames are square/plumb and RH 35–55% indoors before/after install.

7) Maintenance & care

  • Clean with soft, damp cloth + mild pH-neutral soap. Dry immediately.
  • No ammonia, solvents, abrasives, or pressure washers.
  • Periodically re-tighten hardware screws and lubricate moving parts as recommended.

8) Limitations, disclaimers, and state rights

  • All other warranties (express or implied) are disclaimed, including merchantability/fitness, unless prohibited by law.
  • Infinity not liable for incidental/consequential damages (state laws may vary).
  • You may have additional rights under state law.

9) Governing law

  • Governed by Florida law.
  • Venue: Miami-Dade County, Florida.
